The pearlescent Mica pigments are responsible for the exclusive lustre and glitter of the product. No metallic pigments are being used. Apply wet to strengthen the color effect and its adhesion. Used with Eye Shadow Primer will enable a smoother and enhanced application. For detailed line work or smudge-proof eye liner use Cake Eye Liner Sealer.
