Returns Policy

  1. Taking into account that unwanted goods are returned unused, unopened, and are in a state suitable for a subsequent resale, within 14 days of the original delivery, we will exchange your purchase and pay the return delivery costs only if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
  2. With regards to the purchase of Kryolan products, shades shown on the website may not be identical to the original product shades. Please ensure your colour choice is correct as we do not exchange goods unless they are defective and have been deemed so by Kryolan here in South Africa.
  3. If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return delivery costs. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a “Return Authorization”. Upon receipt of the item/s, we will credit your bank account, less our handling fees, i.e. the charges associated with our payment gateways should the original payment have been made using any one of them, within 14 days of receiving the unopened returned item. Please ensure that you respond to the email authorization providing your banking details.

Delivery Policy

  1. All orders are sent from our Distribution Centre within 48 working hours of the order being placed and paid for.
  2.  Goods are not insured, should you require this facility please ask for a quote.
  3. Delivery of DMK Skin Care takes between 7 to 10 business days.
  4.  Local Deliveries –

Delivery time will vary from 1-5 working days within South Africa.
